CIMA Organization:
A Community-Led Model for Creative Evolution

At Creativity in Mind and Action (CIMA), we believe in a collaborative, self-governing approach where leadership is shared, decisions are made with clarity, and each member plays an active role in shaping the community. Our organizational model is designed to empower participation, encourage creativity, and align with our mission of integral transformation.

The Foundation: A Community-Led Structure

Every member who has engaged with Creative Mind (CM) is part of the CIMA Whole Community Circle, an open space for sharing insights, exchanging ideas, and evolving together.

At the core of our governance is the Circle of Circles—a guiding body composed of the leaders and delegates from four key circles. The Circle of Circle’s role is not to make top-down decisions but to ensure that each circle has the support, clarity, and autonomy needed to fulfill its purpose.

  • The Circle of Circles only “decides who decides.”

  • It cannot override a circle’s decision but ensures coherence across CIMA.

The Circles That Guide CIMA

CIMA’s structure is built around key circles, each serving a distinct function while maintaining autonomy. These circles ensure that every part of CIMA operates with intention, alignment, and efficiency. CIMA’s circles are semi-autonomous working groups, typically composed of 4-8 members, who collaborate to make decisions within their respective domains. Each circle operates with self-governance and autonomy, meaning decisions within a given domain are made by those doing the work—without requiring external approval.

Safeguards CIMA’s core principles, values, and vision, and serves as the ethical & philosophical compass of CIMA.
